BEFORE CONTACTING SUPPORT
Please include:
• the Echo Node app version;
• your Android version;
• your phone model;
• what you were trying to do;
• the exact message shown; and
• whether retrying, reconnecting, or reopening the app changed the result.
Do not send recordings, transcripts, summaries, notes, API keys, payment information, or other sensitive content unless support specifically requests a limited item and you are comfortable sharing it.
PREMIUM AND PURCHASES
Premium purchases are managed through Google Play. Use Settings > Restore purchases after reinstalling Echo Node or moving to another Play-verified device using the same Google account. Subscription cancellation and payment-method management are available through Google Play.
GEMINI FEATURES
Gemini transcription and AI Summary require internet access, active Premium access, available allowance, and Google service availability. A temporary high-demand or safe-retry message does not affect the original recording. Follow the instruction shown in Echo Node and retry manually when requested.
GOOGLE DRIVE
Google Drive backup is optional. Confirm that the intended Google account is connected in Echo Node Settings. Disconnecting Drive does not delete local recordings.
FOUNDING 366
Start a claim only from Echo Node > Settings > Founding 366. Never email or enter a Google Play order ID, raw purchase token, payment information, recording, transcript, summary, or note. For exceptional support, send the non-sensitive reservation ID, the exact message shown, and the minimum information needed to understand the issue to jay@fgsw.dev.
The secure correction link in the private receipt can change the date or animal, or withdraw the complete claim, until the displayed 24-hour deadline. Email does not extend that deadline, approve a claim, or create another claim opportunity.
PRIVACY
For privacy questions, email jay@fgsw.dev and include only the information needed to understand your request. Echo Node does not currently create user accounts.

Recording and consent laws vary. You are responsible for following the rules that apply where and how you record.
